Plain English summary: We collect only what's needed to run your business on QuicBizz. We never sell your data. Your customers' data belongs to you. You can delete everything at any time.
This Privacy Policy explains how QuicBizz ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information from users ("you") of our platform at quicbizz.app and related services.
By using QuicBizz, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using our services.
Data We Collect
Account & Business Information
When you sign up, we collect:
- Name, email address, and password (or Google OAuth token)
- Business name, type, address, and hours
- Logo and product photos you upload
- Payment information (processed via bKash, Nagad, or Stripe — we do not store raw card numbers)
Customer Data (your customers)
When your customers interact with your AI chat widget, we collect on your behalf:
- Messages exchanged in chat sessions
- Customer name, phone number, and address (when they provide it for orders)
- Order details and history
- WhatsApp number (if using WhatsApp integration)
Important: You are the data controller for your customers' data. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers to collect and process their data using QuicBizz.

How We Use Your Data
We use collected data to:
- Provide the service — power your AI customer service, order management, and dashboard
- Process payments — handle subscription billing through our payment partners
- Send notifications — important account alerts, trial expiry reminders, and (if enabled) order notifications
- Improve the platform — analyze usage patterns to build better features
- Security — detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
- Legal compliance — meet our obligations under applicable Bangladeshi law
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to any third party. Ever.
Data Sharing
We share data only with the following trusted service providers, strictly to operate the platform:

We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of QuicBizz, our users, or the public.
Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with the following protections:
- Encryption in transit — all data transferred over HTTPS/TLS
- Encryption at rest — database encrypted using AES-256
- Row-level security — each business can only access its own data
- Authentication — secure session tokens with automatic refresh
- Access control — staff access is logged in the audit trail
Data is primarily stored in servers located in Singapore (Supabase AWS ap-southeast-1 region). By using QuicBizz, you consent to this transfer.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is purged within 30 days, except where required by law.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Correction — update inaccurate information directly in your dashboard
- Deletion — delete your account and all associated data from Settings Danger Zone
- Export — download your orders, customers, and chat sessions as CSV at any time
- Restrict processing — contact us to limit how we use your data
- Withdraw consent — stop using the platform at any time

Cookies & Local Storage
We use the following types of storage:

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.
Children's Privacy
QuicBizz is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:
- Posting a notice in your dashboard
- Sending an email to your registered address
- Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
Continued use of QuicBizz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Terms Overview
Plain English: Use QuicBizz for legitimate business purposes. Don't abuse our AI, spam customers, or use the platform for anything illegal. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuicBizz. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use QuicBizz only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the platform to sell illegal products or services
- Harass, spam, or deceive your customers using the AI
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
- Use the AI to generate harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
- Resell or redistribute QuicBizz without written permission
- Collect or store sensitive personal data (e.g. national ID, financial account numbers) through the chat widget without explicit consent
- Use the platform to infringe intellectual property rights
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Accounts & Plans
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Keep your password secure and not share it with others
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
- Comply with the feature limits of your chosen plan
We offer Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans with a 3-day free trial. Plan features and pricing are as displayed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
Payment & Billing
- Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you first subscribed
- Payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Stripe (card)
- Late payment: Access may be suspended after a 3-day grace period if payment fails
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days
- Plan changes: Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
- Trial: Your 3-day free trial does not require a payment method. After the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue
- Free accounts: Accounts marked as "Free" by QuicBizz staff are granted at our discretion and may be revoked
AI Service
QuicBizz uses third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Groq) to power the customer service agent. By using our AI features, you acknowledge:
- AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete
- You are responsible for reviewing AI responses and ensuring they are appropriate for your business
- QuicBizz is not liable for any losses arising from AI-generated responses that are incorrect
- You must not use the AI to make promises to customers that you cannot fulfill
- Your conversation data may be processed by our AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy
We recommend regularly reviewing your AI's conversations in the Chat Sessions section to ensure quality.
Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain all ownership of your business data, product listings, photos, and customer information. You grant QuicBizz a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service.
Our content: The QuicBizz platform, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by QuicBizz. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.
Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback about QuicBizz, we may use these ideas without obligation to compensate you.
Limitation of Liability
QuicBizz is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
- We are not liable for lost orders, revenue, or profits resulting from service outages
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim
- We are not liable for actions taken by your customers based on AI responses
- We are not liable for third-party service failures (WhatsApp API, payment gateways, couriers)
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Termination
By you: You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You violate these Terms
- Payment fails and is not resolved within the grace period
- Your account is used fraudulently or illegally
- We are required to do so by law
After termination: You may request a data export within 30 days of account closure. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
